In the course of developing a retail park in Böheimkirchen by Volksbanken Immobilien, a new location for the branch office in Böheimkirchen emerged. Hochgerner developed a client oriented, specially tailored furnishing concept for the new site. Individually designed consulting offices and self-service furniture became the base of a new furnishing concept applied to other branch offices as well.
